  1. 2bowl moong chilka daal
  2. 2big onion
  3. 2tamato
  4. Cummin seed 1 spoon
  5. Oil for tadka
  6. 3-4garlic leaves

    First clean the daal and wash it for 4-5 times. After washing now add in cooker and add water 3 bowl,1 spoon salt,1 spoon tutmric powder and pressure the cooker.

    On the other hand make a tadka for daal. Take a frying pan add oil,cummin seed and chopped onion,garlic and tamatao,half spoon salt,little bit turmric,black pepper,cummin seed.fry till oil left the daal.

    After 3 whistle slow the gas flame, rest for 5 minute and switch off gas. Now open the cooker and add tadka,cummin seed and mix it well.if require then add water otherwise skip.serve with chapati or rice.
