  1. 100 gflour
  2. 100 mLwater
  3. 15 gDashi Stock (Bonito)
  4. 1Whole Egg
  5. 120 gCabbage (Just a guide, more is acceptable)
  6. 50 gPork Belly (Just a guide)
  7. 1 table spoonOil
  8. Japanese Mayonnaise
  9. Okonomi Sauce
  10. Dried Aonori (Seaweed Flakes): Optional
  11. Dried Bonito: Optional

Cooking Instructions

    You can find some special sauces in Asian supermarkets.

    Cut cabbage into small pieces. Almost 5mm×5mm square

  3. 3

    Slice pork belly. Thinner is better.

  4. 4

    Add flour, dashi stock, egg, and water to a bowl. Please follow this order. Be careful not to be clumpy.

    Put cut cabbage into the bowl and mix it.

    Preheat a pan with oil

  7. 7

    Pour the dough onto the hot pan; I recommend a thickness of about 2 cm.

    Put sliced pork on the dough. If it is not so thin, you can cook it before this step.

    Turn over when it is browned

    Add Okonomi sauce and Mayonnaise. I recommend you to add dried bonito and Aonori
