Cooking Instructions

Make a dough with suji, wheat flour, half teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of sugar.

Cover the dough and brush it with some oil keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Boil chana dal for 3 whistles in low flame. After that add sugar so daal will be little watery. cook till the water evaporates. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder.

Take small amount of the door stuff the chana dal mix cover it and again roll it
Heat the pan spread the poli brush some ghee and cook both sides. Otherwise you can fry the poli without ghee and add hot ghee and sugar while eating.
