Ingredients

  1. 200 gmwhite sesame/ white til
  2. 200 gmblack seasame/kala til
  3. 400 gmdesi white jaggery
  4. 2 tspdesi ghee
  5. 2 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly crushed or grated the. Jaggery. Keep aside.

    On medium flame heat non-stick wok. Add both til. Mix well. On simmer stir continuously and dry roasted the til until it turns into light golden in colour. Switch off the flame.

    Transfer into plate. Keep aside. On medium flame heat desi ghee ina wok add crushed jaggery. Mix well.

    Stir continuously,add 2 tbsp water. Mix well, jaggery cook until changes into syrup. Check syrup consistency. Switch off the flame.

    Add both til in jaggery syrup. Mix well properly. Switch off the flame. Mixture is ready to make ladoos.

    Don't make the mixture frigid as it will get set.

    Immediately bind the ladoos with hot mixture. Wet thd both palm with little amount of water.

    Now take little amount of Ladoo's mixture in the palm and make ladoos. Same process apply to make all Ladoo.

    Til Gud Ladoo is ready to serve or store in airtight container. Enjoy !!
