  3. 3onions slicely cut
  4. 2tsp - coriander masala,
  5. 2tsp kitchen king,
  6. 1tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1tsp red Chilli powder,
  8. as per tasteSalt,
  9. 3 tspmustard oil
  10. Pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a oil in a kadhai add pinch of hing and shallow fry the eggplant and potatoes in high flame

  2. 2

    Take it off in plate

  3. 3

    In a same kadhai add sliced onions,saute it till it turns golden brown

  4. 4

    Add all masalas and shallow fried eggplants and potatoes

  5. 5

    Saute it well,add salt as per taste

  6. 6

    Cook for a while.....

  7. 7

    Its ready
