My Children love when pizza is mentioned. Today I tried to make some healthy pizza from spinach. This palak paneer pizza made from palak, paneer and other vegetables is very tasty. I plan to serve this healthy pizza in my children's lunchboxes as well but you can also serve in party functions.

Cooking Instructions

Spinach leaves are washed with clean water, their extra stem is removed, the leaves are folded and finely chopped.

In a large bowl, take spinach leaves and add almonds, chopped coriander and chopped onion.

Add rice flour, cayenne powder and salt to taste.

Add ginger-garlic paste and amchoor powder and mix well.

Now you have to add a little bit of water to it and make it thicker.

Then add baking soda and whisk properly.

Heat a nonstick iron and apply a little oil on it to thicken the batter. Once it is properly baked on one side, it has to be inverted and fried on the other side with oil.

When it cools down a bit, it is topped with pizza sauce, cheese, mashed cheese and favourite vegetables.

Now it’s time to sprinkle pizza seasoning and red chilli flakes on it. It is then to be grilled for 4 minutes on grill mode in the microwave oven. So that the palak paneer pizza will be ready to serve.
