Cooking Instructions

Take one cup dahi and water....mix well like buttermilk

In one cup besan....add salt, turmeric, chillies ginger paste.... slowly pour buttermilk to besan

There should be no lumps in the mixture...now grease the plates on front and back side with oil

Take a tick big pan.... apply slight oil in the pan and pour the besan mixture...keep mixing on a low flame...it should not stick the pan... slowly it will be thick and leave the sides of the pan

To test the mixture. Apply slight mixture on a cup and see if it is rolling...if it comes out like a roll it is ready

Now spread mixture on grease plates....let it cook, cut and roll it

For the khandvi sev....Put the broken khandvi in a sev fold and made Khandvi sev

For tadka..heat oil, put mustard seeds, jeera, til, hing and curry leaves...and with spoon spread this tadka on khandvi and sev
