Ingredients

  1. 4small size capsicum
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. 2medium size onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  6. 1 /4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. as tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. As neededoil
  12. 1/2 tsp amchoor powder

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the stuffing by sauting onions and ginger-garlic paste in oil

    Add spices and salt.
    saute on low flame till the spices turn aromatic.

    Add boiled mashed potato
    mix well till the spices are mixed well. keep aside

    Prepare the capsicum, by cutting the head and removing the seeds.

    Now stuff 2 tbsp of prepared masala.
    place them on kadai with 3 tbsp oil.

    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes
    cook the capsicum well or till they change in colour and also softened and shrinks little.

    Serve stuffed capsicum with roti or plain Parantha.
