    In pan add 1 tb. spoon.ghee,Suji,.Roast till get aroma & & change colour. Add sugar. Mix well.

    Add milk, dryfruit powder. Stir continuesly. Cook till thick. Add 1 tb. spoon. ghee.

    Your halwa is ready. Garnish with raisins
