Amazingly delicious and delightful Pizza that's a favourite of almost every single person. I made them for a Dinner party at home. In this particular popular version of the Pizza, the crust is also stuffed with loads of Cheese thereby making it absolute Cheesylicious delight. The rest of the process remains similar to that of a normal Pizza. Beautiful looks and Cheesylicious to the last bite. A perfect main course for any private party, it will be a sure shot hit. You will just love it's awesome and melt in mouth texture. Though this one is a Veg Pizza, Non-Veg version is also equally awesome.

It's made at home right from the scratch. Therefore it's pure and fresh. And above all hygienic and safe.
Homemade is always a good idea. Nothing can ever beat this.

Ingredients

35-40 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 3 cupsAll-purpose Flour or Maida
  2. 2 tbspDry Yeast
  3. 2 tspSugar
  4. 1 cuplukewarm Milk
  5. 2 tbspOlive Oil or any oil
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 cupPizza Sauce
  8. 3-4 cupsshredded Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Blend
  9. 2 tspOregano or Italian Seasoning
  10. 2 tspRed Chilli flakes (optional)
  11. 3Onions thinly sliced
  12. 2Capsicums sliced
  13. 2-3Tomatoes sliced
  14. 1/2 cupsliced Olives

Cooking Instructions

35-40 minutes

    Add Sugar and Yeast to warm Milk and mix lightly. Use extra if required. Or can use water as well if at all needed.

    In a mixing bowl, add the Flour, Salt and the Olive oil. Now add this proved Yeast mix to the flour and make a smooth dough out of it. Knead this dough until it's smooth and apply a few drops of Oil to it and cover it up with a cling wrap and leave it in a dark place in your kitchen to double up in volume for about 2 hours.

    Meanwhile, cut the Veggies and keep aside. Next take out the dough and punch it down once to release the air. This dough makes two large Pizzas. When the dough is done, divide it into two portions. Roll out each portion ensuring the thickness to be at least half an inch. Only that way, the bread will be fluffy. Let the Pizza bases rest for about 15-18 minutes.

    Spread out the sauce and bake these for 10 minutes. Just so that the bread is cooked half way through. Now add the Cheese and the toppings as per one's own choice. Sprinkle Oregano and Chilli flakes on top. Now bake these in a preheated oven on 180° for 18 to 20 minutes or little more one by one. Or simultaneously if the oven is big enough. The final results depends on the oven temperature. So keep an eye after 15 minutes. After baked to perfection, it's all ready.
