  1. 2 cup- Pasta
  2. 2 tbsp- Butter
  3. 2 tbsp- All-purpose flour
  4. 1 cup- Milk
  5. 5- Black pepper
  6. 1- onion
  7. 1- Capsicum
  8. 1- Carrot
  9. 5 Garlic
  10. 1 inches- Ginger
  11. 2 tsp- Oil
  12. 1 1/2 tsp- Salt
  13. 2 tsp- Mixed herbs
  14. as requiredWater for boiling pasta
  15. 1 tsp- Red chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Take a container add water boil it and add pasta,1 tsp oil boil it 80%.

    Take a pan add 1 tsp oil heat it put ginger garlic, onions, Capsicum, carrots fry it well. Remove in plate.

    Take a same pan add butter heat it add all-purpose flour cook it well and add milk cook it well upto it become think.

    Add fried veg like Capsicum, carrots onions to white sauce mix well cook for 2 min.

    Add salt,mixed herbs, black pepper, red chilli flakes mix well.

    Add Boiled pasta/macroni to white sauce mix well cook it for 5 to 7 min.

    Optional cheese to pasta. It's ready and serve it hot and garnish with cheese.
