Ingredients

serves 2 servin
  1. 1 packnoodles
  2. 1big capsicum chopped
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 cupcabbage chopped
  5. 4,5sliced mushrooms
  6. 50 gmspaneer
  7. 4,5green chillies
  8. 6,7garlic cloves
  9. 1 inchginger
  10. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  11. 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  12. 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  13. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  14. 1 tbsp. salt
  15. 3 tbsp oil

Cooking Instructions

    In thick bottom pan and 6 cups water,salt,oil.once start boiling add noodles and cook for 7 to 9 minutes on low flame.

    Remove noodles on strainer and pour water on it. Keep aside. Now in pan or vok add oil.once hot, add chopped garlic,ginger and green chillies.

    Add chopped onion,capsicum,cabbage,saute. Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce,black pepper powder,soy sauce. Mix well.now add cooked noodles.mix well add salt.again mix well and serve hot.
