Ingredients

  • 2 cupsPlain boiled Noodles (150 gm pack)
  • 6 clovesgarlic pods
  • 1 teaspoonminced Ginger
  • 1/4 cupsliced French Beans
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped Spring Onion
  • 1/2 cupthinly sliced Capsicum
  • 1/2 cupshredded Cabbage
  • 1/4 cupjulienned Carrot
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoonsSoy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp(red or green) chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoonTomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon+1 tablespoon Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and 3 spring onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the carrots and Capsicum,cabbage before stirring in the brown sugar and soy sauce and tomato Ketchup and chilli sauce.

  3. 3

    Add the noodles and mix together for another couple of minutes.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper, then slice remaining spring onion and top to serve.
