    Pan me,Pani me gosht onion,lahsan,adrak,laung, Kali mirch, zeera,Kali illaichi, dar cheeni Dal kr1/2 ghanta boil kijye

    Jab gosht adha Gul jae to Dal dho kar add karein or boil hony dein jab Dal adhi gal jae to salt add karein or mazzed boil karein jab tak Sara Pani khushk hojae

    Mixture thanda kar k chopper me dalen or dhaniya,podina, Hari mirch, Pisa garam masala, dahi or egg Dal kar grind kar lein.. kabab ki shape bana lein

    Pan me Thora oil Dal kar garam karein ab kabab dalen or slow flam par 5 Minute cover krden phr cover hata kar dusri side se fry karein
