Ingredients

  1. For making dough -
  2. 2 cupsrefined flour (maida)
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 3 tbspcurd
  5. 2 tbspmilk powder
  6. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. as requiredWater
  11. For Marinate chicken -
  12. 1 bowlboneless chicken pieces
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. 3 tbsponion, ginger, garlic paste
  15. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  16. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  17. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  18. 1 tspturmeric powder
  19. 1 tspred chilli powder
  20. as per taste Salt
  21. Other ingredients -
  22. 1 tbspghee
  23. 1 tbspoil
  24. 1onion chopped
  25. 2green chillies chopped
  26. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  27. 1 tspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Making Dough -
    Take a bowl add maida, curd, milk powder, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, oil and add gradually water and make a soft dough, cover it and let it rest for 2 hours.

    Marinate Chicken -
    Take a bowl add boneless chicken pieces and all ingredients of marinate chicken and mix all well and marinate for 15- 20 minutes.

    To make a chicken fillings -
    Heat oil and ghee add chopped onion, green chillies and saute till golden brown then add marinated chicken pieces and mix it well, then cover and cook for some time, till the chicken pieces is cooked and almost dry. Keep aside for cool down and blend it to make a fine filling.

    After resting the dough, again knead it 2 more minutes, and divide it into 6 equal parts and roll each ball, then create a cavity, fill in some chicken stuffing mixture in the centre, seal the edges and shape into a round bun.

    Put stuffed buns onto the grease plate, cover with damp cloth and set aside for 8-10 minutes, then brush some milk over the buns and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

    Pre-heat the vessel with salt for 10 minutes, place the buns plate in pre-heated vessel and bake for 25-30 minutes till golden on top.

    Remove. Then brush some melted butter on the buns and cool by covering with moist kitchen towel. Then serve and enjoy.
