Ingredients

  1. 1.5 kgFlour
  2. 125 gSugar
  3. 250 gButter
  4. 1 tspNutmeg Powder
  5. 30 gMilk powder
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 11/2 tspBaking powder
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Water (controlled)
  10. Flavour (vanilla,condensed milk,butter scotch)1tsp each

Cooking Instructions

    In a dry bowl,sieve flour into it

    Add sugar,salt, nutmeg Powder,baking powder,milk powder,mux well with a whisk

  3. 3

    Make a hole in middle of bowl,add flavour,butter,myx well with hands by rubbing method

  4. 4

    Now add water bit by bit,till dough is Smooth and stretchy and does not stick to bowl

    Now leave to rest for 15mins

  6. 6

    Now, sprinkle enough flour in surface for cutting,cut some dough,roll and cut to size or shape desired

    Aerate for 5-10mins

  8. 8

    Heat up oil,when hot,add cut out,but don't overpack,stir in,stir frequently,till brown in colour and crunchy

    Drain,repeat process
