  1. 2 cupsMaida
  2. 3 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. as required Water (for kneading)
  5. Stuffing
  6. 2big onion
  7. 1small cabbage
  8. As per taste Salt
  9. as required Mustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix maida + salt + oil and mix nicely, add water gradually and knead a semi soft dough.

    Finely chop onion and cabbage, Marinade with salt for 10 -15 minutes, onion cabbage will release water, squeeze water from them, toss with mustard oil, stuffing is ready.

    Now pinch small size balls from dough, roll out a round shape, place 1 tbsp stuffing and seal the edges and give shape of momos.

    Steam momos for 10 minutes and momo is ready to serve.
