  12. 3 tbsmayonnaise
  13. 1 tbscream cheese
  14. 1 tbschilli garlic sauce
  15. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Take a slice of bread, put the round bottle cap on it and cut it into circle.

  2. 2

You can use the outer slice for breadcrumbs. Well, once all the circles done. Place it on board. Pour milk in a deep plate and dip the bread in it from one side

  3. 3

Then another and squeeze it with both hands. Do all slices and spread it on board.

  4. 4

Put the chicken stuffing … it’s your choice, you can make anything. The ingredients are mentioned above: just mix all and make your stuffing. Then cover it with another circle. And press it from the corner

  5. 5

Crack an egg in a plate, put a dash of salt and chili flakes and whisk it.

  6. 6

Spread bread crumbs in another plate. Dip the slice sandwich I to slice egg first then in bread crumbs.

  7. 7

Place it in plate and put it in freezer for half and four. In the mean while heat it up the pan with oil. Once the oil gets heated up, place the circle sandwich in oil. Make sure the flame is at medium.

  8. 8

Once side done then turn it to another. When both sides turn golden take it out on newspaper or strainer. Let it cool down for a while.

  9. 9

Then cut into half and surprise… the pocket is here. You have 2 options: either put the stuffing before frying or after frying. I feel my stuffing is slightly less so I added it up too before serving. Enjoy for tea time, iftar or snack for school. 😃
