Cooking Instructions

Firstly roasted the Jave.

Take a cooker heat the oil add ajwain and asafoetida and saute it add potatoes and peas and mix well.

Now add the roasted jave and add all spices and mix well.

Add two bowls of water and take 1 whistle in medium flame.
- 5
Open the cooker and serve hot with sauce and add desi ghee at the last.
