  2. 4 cupsWater
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 3Maggi cubes
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspGinger & Garlic paste
  7. 1/2 tspCurry
  8. 4Habanero pepper
  9. 1Bell pepper
  10. Onion 1big
  11. Palm oil + veg. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Put flour in a large bowl and add the dry ingredients together,mix until well combined.

    Add in the eggs and grated peppers and onion plus ginger and garlic paste

    Add water gradually to make a loose consistency. Mix very well to get rid of lumps. Set aside to rest for 5minutes

    Place a frying pan on fire, grease with the mixture of palm oil and veg oil and add a scoop of the mixture to make a round shape fry for 2minutes.

    When the edges are crispy and the top is dried flip to the order side and fry for 1minutes.

    Serve with yajin tafarnuwa either as breakfast,dinner or as an appetizer.
