Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsfalsay
  2. 1 cupsugar /acc to taste
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. 4glass water

    Wash falsay nicely remove their stinks.

    Soak them in clean water for 2_3hrs. This will make its skin soft and easy to grind.

    In blender jug put falsay with its water and sugar and blend well.

  4. 4

    Keep a strainer on a bowl and put juice on it and strain by pressing with any spatula or spoon or hands. Keep pouring some water. Keep pressing until the juice is extracted and seeds remain.

    Add black salt, and now drink as juice with ice or freeze to make slush.

    I have shred falsa sharbat before also
