  4. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. 2 tbspsugar
  7. as per taste Tadka- oil, rai. Chopped coriander for garnish

    Mix besan g. chilli paste, eno, sugar, salt.properly.

    Grease dhokla pan.Pour batter. Cook 15-20 minutes

  3. 3

    When cools cut into square pieces. Give tadka.Garnish with coriander
