Ingredients

  1. As Required wheat flour dough
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  5. As Per Taste salt
  6. As Per Taste black pepper powder
  7. 1/4 spoonchat masala
  8. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  9. 2 Spoonsdesi ghee

    Cut the onion and green chilli in small pieces

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add onion mix salt, and black pepper red chili powder coriander powder chat masala garam masala mix well.

    Heat the tawa, take ball size dough and rolled it, then fill the filling of onion in center and make a potli and again rolled it and make paratha.

    Cook on tawa on both sides with ghee.

    Crispy parantha is ready to serve. Serve hot with butter.
