  1. For pakoda
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 2 spoonsrice flour
  4. 1onion sliced
  5. 1 Spooncoriander powder
  6. 1/2 spoonjeera powder
  7. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 spoonchilli powder
  9. 2green chilli chopped
  10. 2 spoonscoriander leaves finely chopped
  11. Pinchsoda
  12. As Per TasteSalt
  13. As Per RequiredOil to fry
  14. For kadhi
  15. 1 cupcurd
  16. 2 spoonsbesan
  17. 1 spoongreen chilli ginger paste
  18. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  19. 2 spoonsoil
  20. 1 spoonjeera
  21. 1/8 Spoonmethidana
  22. 1/2 spooncoriander seeds
  23. 2red chilli
  24. 1cinnamon stick
  25. 3cloves
  26. 4 Spoonsfried onions
  27. 2 spoonscoriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    For pakoda s mix besan, rice flour, salt, green chilli, coriander leaves, onion, salt, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric, and chilli powder dry mix then add little water make not too thin or this batter cover and keep aside for few minutes.

    Add soda and fry dropping pakodas in hot oil on medium heat till golden.

    For kadhi mix curd and two cups of water and mix well, add besan green chilli paste, ginger paste, salt, and turmeric powder mix it.

    Heat oil in Kadai add methi dana, coriander seeds, jeera, cinnamon, red chilli, cloves, and turmeric powder add prepared kadhi mixture and cook till it becomes thick.

    Add fried onions,pakodas, and coriander leaves.

    Serve with hot steamed rice.
