10-minute chicken "pizza" with jamón ibérico and gorgonzola

I needed to fit a quick lunch in a free half hour inbetween meetings yesterday and made this very tasty one in just 10 minutes with the help of my air fryer! This is quite a popular way to serve meat fillets in Argentina, usually beef topped with tomato and mozzarella and cooked in the oven. I used chicken and, to make it tastier, added jamón and some creamy gorgonzola. Delish!! 😋

Ingredients

  1. 2fillets chicken
  2. 2 tsptomato passata
  3. 1 pinchoregano
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1couple of slices of ham
  6. 2small slabs of gorgonzola cheese
  7. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat the airfryer as you prepare the fillets as shown in the photos

    Place them in the airfryer at 200° for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
