10-minute chicken "pizza" with jamón ibérico and gorgonzola

I needed to fit a quick lunch in a free half hour inbetween meetings yesterday and made this very tasty one in just 10 minutes with the help of my air fryer! This is quite a popular way to serve meat fillets in Argentina, usually beef topped with tomato and mozzarella and cooked in the oven. I used chicken and, to make it tastier, added jamón and some creamy gorgonzola. Delish!! 😋

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat the airfryer as you prepare the fillets as shown in the photos

Place them in the airfryer at 200° for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!

This is a work in progress. Nearby Fort Myers Beach restaurants are known for their "beach bread" appetizer. Basically it is blue cheese, fresh chopped tomatoes topped with mozzarella cheese, then baked on a hoagie or sub roll. I've been trying to work on a pizza which incorporates some of the same ingredients but more of a main dish pizza. If you try make this recipe I would love to hear what you think and whether you would make changes for the better, especially if you have sampled beach bread on Fort Myers Beach. Adam Janowski
