  2. 1 tbspFine semolina
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 2 tspOil
  5. As RequiredOil/Ghee (for frying)
  6. As RequiredWater (for kneading)

    Firstly, in a large bowl take wheat flour, semolina, salt, and oil. Crumble and mix well making sure the flour is moist.

    Now, add water and knead the dough. Knead the dough tight.

    Then make poori and fry until it turns golden brown. Serve hot with sabji and raita.
