  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped onion
  3. as per requirement Water
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 1 tspfinely chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tspchili powder
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. as required Ghee for roasting paratha

    Firstly in a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped chili, and coriander leaves. Mix it well. Further, add spices and keep aside.

    Now prepare wheat flour dough like normal chapati dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    After the dough has rested for 15 minutes, knead the dough slightly. After pinching, a ball-sized dough, rolls about 5 inches in diameter.

    Take 2 tbsp full of prepared onion stuffing in the center. Place some flour and roll to a chapati size.

    On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook both sides. Now brush ghee and press slightly.

    Finally serve hot onion paratha recipe / pyaaz ka paratha recipe with sauce, raita or pickle.
