  1. 2 cupCauliflower
  2. 2 cupPotato cubes
  3. 1/4 tbspTurmeric powder
  4. 1/4 tbspCumin seed
  5. 1 tbspChilli powder
  6. 2 tbspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tbspGaram masala
  8. as per taste Salt
  9. 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  10. 2 tbspWater

    Take a pan and add some oil. Add turmeric powder, cumin seed, chilli powder mix it.

    Add potato, cauliflower, salt, water mix it, and well cover and cook for 10 minutes. Now add coriander powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix it well.

    Gobhi aloo is ready to serve with roti Or puri. Enjoy!!!!!!😊
