Ingredients

  1. For Chicken Marination
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. 250 gramsChicken (Boneless)
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  5. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  6. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  7. 1 tspCumin Seeds (Roasted &Crushed)
  8. 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
  9. 1 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  10. 2 tbspYogurt
  11. 1 tbspVinegar / Lemon Juice
  12. 1/4 tspOrange Or Red Food Colour (Both Colour In Same Quantity)
  13. 1Small Coal Piece (For Smoke)
  14. Special Roll Paratha Chutney / White Sauce
  15. 1/2 cupYogurt
  16. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  17. 1/4 tspSalt
  18. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  19. 1 tspCumin Seeds (Roasted & Crushed)
  20. 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  21. For Dough
  22. 2 cupAll-Purpose Flour
  23. 1/2 tspSalt (Or to taste)
  24. 2 tbspOil
  25. Lukewarm Water
  26. Assembling
  27. Paratha
  28. Green Chutney
  29. Chicken
  30. White Sauce
  31. Sliced Onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a Bowl Add Chicken, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Seeds, Garam Masala Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yogurt, Vinegar, Food Colour Mix Well and Marinate For ½ Hour.

    In A Bowl Add Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder Mix well and Set Aside.

    For Dough....
    In a Bowl Add All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Oil and Mix well.

    Gradually Add Water and Knead A Soft Dough. Cover and Rest For ½ Hour.

    In A Fry Pan Add oil, Marinated Chicken and Mix well.

  6. 6

    Cover and Cook For 10 Mins Chicken Is Tender.

    Than Cook On High Flame till It's Water is dry.

    Take A Piece Of Foil paper and Put it into Side and Place Burning Coal On Foil paper and Drop Few Drops Of Oil cover for 5-8 Mins.

    Knead Dough again and Make 5 Small Balls Of Equal Size.

    Press Each Ball a little between Your Palms to give a Shape and Coat it with dry Flour.

    Roll Out Dough Into Round Shape with The Help of rolling Pin,grease Oil and Sprinkle Dry Flour.

    Now Cut the Side Roll it and Press Gently Layers will not open and Roll Out Dough Round Shape. (Make All Paratha With Same Method)

    Heat Pan Add Paratha and Fry From Both Sides Until Light Brown.
    (Zada Brown nhe karna warna Paratha Crunchy Ho Jay ga)

    Take One Paratha Add Green Chutney, Chicken, White Sauce and Sliced Onion Roll It And Wrap Into Butter paper.

    Roll Paratha Is Ready Serve With Green Chutney...!!
