Ek nanha sa shezada,ek nanha sa pyara
Bheja hai jisay khuda ne,bana ke mera dulara...

Chotay chotay qadam uthata pukarta hai wo mujko Maa...
Dua hai meri hansta muskurata rahe sadaa...

Kehte hain khushiyan to choti choti cheezion me talash karni chahiye aur maa ke liye apni olaad se barh ke kya khushi hogi bus esi hi ek pyari si khushi jo mere liye bht bht bht bari rahi last year apse share karna chahongi.

  5. 2 tbspghee
  6. Pani as req for kneading
  7. For marination
  8. Half kg boneless chicken
  9. 2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  12. Salt as per your taste
  13. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  14. 1 tspadrak lehsan paste
  15. 1 tbspsirka
  16. 4 tbspoil
  17. 1 tspoyster sauce
  18. 2 tsphot sauce
  19. Zara si haldi
  20. For green raita
  21. 1 cupdahi
  22. Halfbunch hara dhanya
  23. 1 tbsppodina leaves
  24. 3green chillies
  25. Salt as per your taste
  26. For assembling
  27. 1kheera cut in slices
  28. 1big onion cut in slices
  29. Some salad leaves
  30. Garlic sauce as req
  31. Mayonnaise optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Subse phele ek bowl me atta,salt,sugar,aur ghee dal ke ache se mix kar lein phir thora thora pani add kar ke soft sa atta gondh lein aur half hour chor dein.

    Chicken ko marination ke ingre ke marinate kar ke 1 hour chor dein.

    Phir ek karhai me oil dalien aur marinated chicken ko dal ke cook kar lein aur last me koilay ka smoke dein lein.

    Dahi me dhanya podina hari aur salt dal ke blend kar lein.

    Attay se pairay bana lein normal size ke aur ache bail lein.phir ghee lagayen ache se aur folding karen jese pics me nazar araha hai.fan ki tarah aur paira bana lein.

    Ab hath se piray ko phailayen bailan use nahi karna hai hath se ache se phaila lein.

    Taway ko garam karen aur ghee laga ke paka lein.

    Ab parathe pe phele green dahi wala raita phir baki ki assembling karen aur ache se roll bana lein.

    Mazedar se roll parathon ko chutnies ke sath serve karen aur enjoy karen.
