Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyellow moong daal
  2. 1/4 cuprice (any)
  3. 1 tbsp chhoped spinach
  4. 1 tbsp chhoped fresh fenugreek leaves
  5. 2 tbsp chhoped spring onions
  6. 1 tbsp chhoped capsicum
  7. 1 tbsp chhoped carrots
  8. 1 tbsp chhoped cabbage
  9. 1 tbsp chhoped beans
  10. 1chopped green chilli
  11. 1chopped tomato
  12. 2 tbsptabspoon ghee
  13. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  14. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  15. 31/2 cup/as needed water
  16. as requiredSalt
  17. as neededRed chilli powder
  18. 1/2 tsp dry Coriander powder
  19. 2 tsp garam masala powder
  20. someChhoped green coriander
  21. someChhoped mint

Cooking Instructions

    Wash soak moong dal and rice for 1/2 an hour.
    Get ready all ingredients
    Chhoped all veggies tometoes

    Heat up ghee in presser cooker add cumin seeds assofodeta soaked and drain rice and dal from water add spices

  3. 3

    Cook for 2 min. add all veggies mix well all together.Add water let be boil after 1 boil simmer for 2-3 min. Let be 2 whistle

    When presser cooker get completely cool open lid check the veggies are completely cooked stir well add green coriander leaves and mint leaves chopped.

    Your easy tasty healthy Kathiyawadi khichdi is ready to serve.
    Serve hot or warm with roasted papad pickle salad or curd kadhi.
