Ingredients

  1. 4bread slices
  2. 2 tbsphung Curd
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1 small Tomato
  5. 3 tbspgrated Carrot
  6. 3 tbspchopped Capsicum
  7. 50 gramsPaneer
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. As RequiredSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble ingredients, cut paneer into small small cubes.

    In a mixing bowl add all ingredients, add hung curd also and mix nicely.
    The sandwich filling is ready.

    Take bread slices, apply a thick layer of the prepared filling and spread evenly, cover it with another bread slice.

    Cut diagonally and the Sandwich is ready to Serve.
