Aloo paratha || आलू पराठा #alooparatha #breakfast

Ingredients

  1. 4medium size boiled potatoes
  2. 1medium onion chopper
  3. 1 tbspgreen chilli chopped
  4. 1 tbspginger grated
  5. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspcumin powder
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspcoriander leave
  9. as requiredMake Dough of wheat flour paratha

    1st Mashed the boiled potatoes (The potatoes should be mashed very well, with no lumps, chunks or bits) And mix all the ingredients together.

    Set the prepared aloo stuffing aside.

  3. 3

    Pinch one small balls from the dough. Flatten them and dust with whole wheat flour.

  4. 4

    Place the potato stuffing in the center, keeping about 1 inch empty space from the sides.

    Take the edge and start pleating bringing it to the centre. also join the pleats together and secure tight pinching off excess dough.

    Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll slightly thick.

  7. 7

    Place the rolled paratha on hot tawa and cook for a minute.

    Flip the paratha when the base is partly cooked (after a minute).
    brush oil / ghee and press slightly.

    Flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

  10. 10

    Serve with chill curd or pickle
