Cooking Instructions

Prepare green peas by peeling and washing one cup of green peas.

Boil water in a pot, add prepared green peas and salt to taste and allow it to boil.

Allow the peas to boil till they become soft. Then switch off the gas flame, cover it and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves and dry red chillies.

Then add chopped onion and garlic.
- 6
Add ginger chili paste and saute everything properly.
- 7
Now add the prepared tomato puree and mix well.
- 8
Add red chilli powder, coriander and turmeric and mix well and let it cook for two minutes.

Now add boiled green peas to it and mix well and let it cook for two minutes.

Add kasuri methi, salt as per taste, garam masala and little water and again mix well and let it cook for two minutes.

So our green peas vegetable will be ready on which green coriander can be sprinkled and served.
