    Sub se phly dal ko achy se wash kar ke 10 mint k liye bhigo dain

    Pan mein oil dal kar pyaz ko golden fry kryn

  3. 3

    Phir is mein ginger garlic paste add kryn

  4. 4

    Achy se bhunai kar k tamatar ki skin peel kar k add kryn

  5. 5

    Hari mirch chop add kryn

  6. 6

    Salt Lal mirch haldi zeera sabz dhaniya aur achari masala add kar achy se bhunayi kryn

    Phir dal add kar ke half glass pani dal kar 5 mint dum dain

  8. 8

    Dhakan cover nahi karna warna dal naram hojaye gi

  9. 9

    Jesa hi dum aye makhan dal kar 2 mint k liye cover kryn aur phir foran extra bhapp nikal dain aur chamach se dal hila lain
