Easy Chicken Nanban with Sushi Vinegar and Tartar Sauce Easy Chicken Nanban with Sushi Vinegar and Tartar Sauce
It takes some time and effort to make sweet vinegar sauce and tartar sauce from scratch. So I made this dish using store-bought sweet vinegar sauce and tartar sauce.Adding the marinated onion into the store-bought tartar sauce makes it more voluminous and gives it an extra crunchy texture. The marinated onion also makes this dish taste better, so please give it a try.I also added the milk to make the sauce thinner so that it coats the chicken well. Recipe by KaHal cookpad.japan -

Chicken Sautéed in Shio-Koji - Served with Tartar Sauce Chicken Sautéed in Shio-Koji - Served with Tartar Sauce
A simple salt-flavored dish made easily with all-purpose seasoning.Shio-koji is a fermented seasoning just like soy sauce and miso, which makes marinated meat easy to burn. That's why I chose to steam-cook the meat over low heat. It's done in 4 to 5 minutes, so keep your eyes on them! I let the chicken sit in the shio-koji for a whole day, but you can cook it after 2 to 3 hours if you'd like. Recipe by kebeibiko cookpad.japan -

Fried Skipjack Tuna with Tartar Sauce Fried Skipjack Tuna with Tartar Sauce
Since I always eat slapjack tuna seared, I wanted to try a different way of preparing it.If deep-fried at a high temperature, the batter will turn golden brown and the tuna will be rare. For those who prefer their tuna well done, allow time for the residual heat to cook the insides. Or, reduce the temperature of the oil a bit to cook through to the tuna with a longer frying time. I've added yoghurt to the tartar sauce instead of pickles to reduce the sweetness. Also, there is no problem in omitting the lemon juice. Recipe by nin cookpad.japan -
My Favorite Avocado Tartar Sauce My Favorite Avocado Tartar Sauce
I made this because I wanted something different from my usual tartar sauce. It tasted delicious even though I only eyeballed the ingredients, so I decided to put this recipe together.*Refrain from keeping the sauce for later use, as the avocado will discolor quite quickly.*If the avocado is too hard to mash, microwave it until soft. Make sure you don't cook it too much.*You can also add a small amount of horseradish.I use it quite frequently with fish. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -
