First wash the eggs and boiled it with a pinch of salt and oil. In a cooker wait for 1 whistles. Once it is done. Keep aside. Cool it and peel the shell of the eggs and marinate with haldi powder and salt. Then keep aside. In a cooker heat mustard oil then fry 1 bay leaf and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds then add green chilli and garlic paste and tomato puree. Mix.it well then add dry ingredients haldi powder and garam masala. Mix....it well and fry for few minutes till the raw smell of masala goes off.

Then add marinate eggs and salt. Mix..it well then add enough water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Once it is done. Cool it and open the lid..

Check it....Once it is done... Then transfer to a serving plate...

Serve.with hot.....steam rice...
