Chicken fried rice or fried rice

Ingredients

4-6 ppl who
  1. 1.5 cupslong grain rice
  2. Green onions (1/4 cup)
  3. Carrots (1/2 cup)
  4. Minced Garlic (1 tbsp)
  5. Soy sauce (3 tbsp)
  6. 2 cupsChicken
  7. Oil enough to sauté
  8. 3eggs

Cooking Instructions

    I cooked my rice in my rice cooker, but you can cook anyway you’d like.

    I cut the green onion and steamed the carrots, then cut the carrots after they were steamed.

  3. 3

    I cooked 3 eggs separately and then added everything into a pan.

  4. 4

    Add rice, carrots, green onion, minced garlic, cooked egg, soy sauce, and oil. Heat over low/med for a few minutes, ensuring everything is hot.

    I used a pre bought rotisserie chicken, cut into cubes, but you can add anything you’d like, pork, beef, or your own cooked chicken.
