Cooking Instructions

In a pan, heat Oil and add the Ginger garlic paste and Green chilies. Saute for a minute and add the rest of the spices. Now add the sliced Onions. Saute until translucent. Add the Green Peas now.

Followed by the Cauliflower florets and diced Potatoes. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-18 minutes. Open the lid and adjust the salt accordingly.

Saute until the Oil starts separating and a thick masala is formed due to Onions. Garnish with lots of chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot as a side dish to your favourite meal.
