  1. 200 gbroccoli boiled
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 2 tbsprefined wheat flour
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 4 tbspoil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the broccoli and potato to form a thick mixture

    Add refined flour, spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Make balls as per your size and shallow fry on medium flame

  4. 4

    Serve hot with green chutney or sauce
