  1. 2 lit full cream milk
  2. 1/2 cupRice soak 15 to 20min
  3. 10-12saffron threads (soaked into hot milk)
  4. As per tasteSugar
  5. As RequiredElaichi powder
  6. As RequiredAlmonds sliced

    Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes and drain the water. Take a heavy bottom Pan and add milk.

    When milk is boiled add rice and stir continuously. When rice is cooked add sugar and saffron threads.

    Add elaichi powder and a few almonds slice and cook till the milk thickness

  4. 4

    Finally, Rice Kesar kheer is ready to Serve.
    Garnish with almonds
