Cooking Instructions

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil till tender.

Peel,dice and boil potatoes with 1/4 tsp turmeric till tender.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in cumin and let it sizzle for few seconds.

Add in tamarind,all the sauces and spices.

Mix them well.

Fold in chickpeas and potatoes.

Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Throw in coriander and papri.

Serve straight away.
