Gajar Ka Halwa (Indian Carrot Pudding) – Quick Winter Dessert - Microwave Method Gajar Ka Halwa (Indian Carrot Pudding) – Quick Winter Dessert - Microwave Method
Gajar Ka Halwa or Indian Carrot Pudding is a traditional North Indian Sweet Dish which is made with fresh red carrot, ghee, mava and lots of dry fruits. In this recipe, I used fat milk instead of mava or khoya. Carrots cooked in milk acquire a rich taste and melt-in-the-mouth texture, which are intensified by the addition of mava. It is a quick and tasty version of Gajar ka halwa using Microwave. MadAboutCooking
