Ingredients

5 minutes
1-2 persons
  1. 1 tspghee
  2. 1 tspcumin
  3. As Per TasteGreen chillies
  4. FewCurry leaves
  5. 2 cupsmakhane (1 cup: 150 g)
  6. 50 gmpeanuts
  7. As Per TasteSendha namak

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast peanuts in microwave for 1 min 50 secs.

  2. 2

    Roast makhane till they are crispy.
    Then add the roasted peanuts into roasted makhane and keep aside.

    Next prepare for tadka.
    Heat ghee. Splutter cumin seeds. Add green chillies and curry leaves.
    Then add the roasted peanuts and makhane.
    Put sendha namak and mix well.

  4. 4

    Vrat ke makhane are ready to serve!!
