Stuffed Green Peas Paratha is a filling Indian staple which can be enjoyed hot and fresh, for breakfast or as the main course for lunch or dinner. Stuffed Green Peas Paratha is a delicious whole wheat flatbread stuffed with spiced mashed peas filling. Cooking Instructions

First of all, add wheat flour in a big bowl, add salt and oil to it and mix it, then add water as required and mix it properly and knead it. Now apply oil on this flour and knead the flour again and 15 to 20 minutes covered and rest it.

Now heat oil in a nonstick pan and add cumin seeds to it, when the cumin seeds bloom, add chopped garlic and asafoetida and saute till the garlic turns golden. Then add half-crushed dry coriander to this and mix well, add green peas to this and mix and saute.

Then add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes till the peas become soft. Now add chopped green chillies and chopped green coriander leaves to this, mix well and saute for 1 minute. Then turn off the gas flame and leave this mixture to cool.

Now when the mixture cools down, add it to the mixer jar and crush it on pulse mode. Add this paste to a bowl, add chopped green coriander leaves and mix well to prepare the stuffing.

Now knead the flour again and make a big lump of it. Now fill 2 spoons of stuffing in a small puri from a duagh ball.

Now close the ball filled with this stuffing, seal it from the bottom and make a round balls of dough and roll the paratha with light hands.

Now place this paratha on a pan heated on medium gas flame and roast both sides. Now heat the gas slowly, apply ghee on this paratha and press it with a spoon and roast it.

Now our yummy and delicious Stuffed Green Peas Parathas are ready to serve. Serve this paratha with butter, garlic carrots or green chutney.
