Cooking Instructions

Clean & Shred the Dhania nicely.

In a bowl add the flour add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil,mix well till properly incorporated add the Dhania mix gently.

Create a hole at the center of the bowl add warm water slowly as you kneed the dough.(do not over do)

Set a side the dough to rest cover with a kitchen towel or cling film.let it rest for 30 minutes.

Dust your working surface roll the dough out,cut in proportional sizes,set them aside to rest for 10minutes.

Prepare the cooking pan,place on medium heat roll out the chapati rolls as you cook.

Enjoy your Dhania chapati with some beef stew,lentil stew,green peas stew or any stew of your choice
😋I love taking mine with a glass of cold milk you can try out that.

But by adding more water, kneading the dough well, and letting it rest, I was able to make tender and delicious ones.The amount of water indicated is a guideline only.
