My mother loves simple dahi phulki with aloo but I am a huge fan of papri chana chat especially in ramadan. Today I create a fusion of both and made this mix chat👩🍳😁 my mother loved it so am I 😋🥰

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add phulki chick peas and potatoes

Add yoghurt onion tomatoes.

Add green chillies coriander and mint.

Add chat masala cumin seeds green chutney

Add tamarind pulp and give a good mix.

Now add all of them on the top again. Garnish with chutney and papari. Enjoy at iftar 😋🥰😍
