Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsbhindi
  2. 4 tbspoil
  3. Few methi seeds
  4. 1 Tspturmeric powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 4 tbspgrinded peanuts
  7. 3 tbspsesame seeds
  8. 2 tbsproasted besan
  9. 1/4hing
  10. 3 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tbspcumin powder
  12. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. 2 tsplemon juice
  15. leavesSome chopped coriander

    Wash and dry the bhindi properly.then cut the upper and lower parts of the bhindi.

    Now slice bhindi into two equal parts.

    Heat Oil in a pan, add a few methi seeds, chopped bhindi, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Cover and cook bhindi for 7 to 8 minutes.

    In bowl add crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, roasted besan, hing, coriander powder, Red chilli powder, cumin powder, sugar, lemon juice, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

    Add masala into cooked bhindi and again cover and cook bhindi for 2 or 3 minutes.

    Serve stuffed Bhindi/masala bhindi with roti and poori.
