  2. 1 cupRice
  3. 1 cuplettuce romaine mix with ceaser sauce
  4. 1 cupcorn
  5. 1 cupblack beans
  6. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  7. 1 cupmashed avocado
  8. 3 tbspCeaser salad sauce
  9. 3 tbspsour cream
  10. 1 cupsalsa
  11. For Salsa
  12. 1 tbspcilantro finely chopped
  13. 1/2 cuptomato chopped
  14. 1/2onion chopped
  15. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  16. Juice of 2 limes
  17. Pinchsalt

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Grill any protein - chicken, beef or prawns. Set aside

  2. 2

    In a large bowl - add lettuce, corn, beans, rice and the grilled protein.

  3. 3

    Add toppings - salsa, avocado, sour cream, cheddar cheese.

  4. 4

    Mix and enjoy with tortilla chips!!!
