  2. 1potato boiled and mashed
  3. 2tabspoon carrot grated
  4. 2tabspoon green capsicum chopped
  5. 2tabspoon corns
  6. 2tabspoon chhoped cashunuts
  7. 1/2tspoon ginger paste
  8. 1/2tspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1/4tspoon garam masala powder
  10. 1/4tspoon roasred cumin seeds powder
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. leavesChhoped green coriander
  13. 1tspoon lemon juice
  14. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  15. Oil for shellow fry
  16. 1tabspoon cornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Boil peeled and mashed potatoes. Keep aside.
    Take a big mixing bowl take rice mashed with hands add boiled mashed potatoes and veggies add all dry spices powder lemon juice

    Add breadcrumbs mix all well together add cornflour mix all ingredients well and make soft dough.

    Now grease your palms with oil and make equal size balls from dough flatten them give a cutlet or tikki shape keep aside

    Heat up tawa add little oil once heated place 3-4 cutlets at a time shellow fry all flips again shellow fry all sides drizzle some oil fry them until crispy and golden brown in colour.

    Remove on serving plate serve with chutney sauce dip tea coffee.
    Enjoy this cutlets or tikkies.
